Giving two stars because there was zero communication from Open Tours about the logistics of the attraction tickets, and while we spent ~2.5h on the bus, we never heard an announcement or saw a company representative coming through.īased on the many HOHO tours our family has enjoyed across various countries, I think there is room for improvement here. Well, unfortunately the next one that showed up apparently had no paper tickets on board.
